A pitched roof is built up in layers, and we hold every part of that build so you can order tiles, underlay and fixings from one supplier rather than chasing round several. Ordering, delivery and collection
As an independent family merchant, we hold pitched roofing stock across our four depots at Burgess Hill, Scaynes Hill near Haywards Heath, Hailsham and Upper Hartfield. Scaynes Hill is our main stock-holding branch, so it is worth calling ahead for larger or less common orders. We deliver across the South East, or you can collect from any depot.
We also run a lead cutting service, so flashings, soakers and valleys can be cut to the sizes your job needs. Roof windows are available too, and VELUX units can be bought through our online shop or ordered through the depot.

Do you sell pitched roofing materials to homeowners as well as trade?
Yes. We supply roofing contractors on trade terms and homeowners buying for their own project. The same stock and the same advice are open to both, so you can order a full re-roof or a handful of replacement tiles.
How do I match my existing roof tiles?
Bring a spare tile or a clear close-up photo to any of our four depots and we will compare it against what we hold. If the original tile has been discontinued, we will point you to the closest available match in profile and colour.
Can I collect, or do you deliver?
Both. You can collect from Burgess Hill, Scaynes Hill, Hailsham or Upper Hartfield, or we can deliver across the South East. Scaynes Hill holds the widest range, so larger orders are often easiest to arrange from there.
Do you supply slate as well as tiles?
Yes. We stock natural slate and fibre-cement slate, including Cembrit, alongside clay and concrete tiles and cedar shingles, so you can compare coverings side by side before deciding.
