What we stock for flat roofs

We hold materials for both warm and cold flat-roof build-ups, so you can specify a full system from one supplier rather than chasing parts from several yards. In a warm-roof build-up the insulation sits above the deck, under the weatherproof layer. In a cold roof the insulation goes between the joists below the deck. We carry the boards, membranes and fixings for either approach. Our main stock-holding depot at Scaynes Hill near Haywards Heath carries the deepest range, and the other branches order in quickly when needed.

If you are buying for a whole roof, it pays to price the deck, insulation and weatherproof layer at the same time so nothing holds up the job on site.

Contractors running several jobs and homeowners re-covering a single garage roof are both welcome at the counter, and you get the same advice either way. Can I collect, or do you deliver?

You can collect from any of our four depots at Burgess Hill, Scaynes Hill near Haywards Heath, Hailsham or Upper Hartfield. We also deliver across the South East. Scaynes Hill is our main stock-holding depot and carries the widest range.

Should I use felt or GRP fibreglass?
